Stone is a refined execution of what we’ve learned works over years of building vans. Built on a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter AWD chassis in Stone Grey with just 201 miles, this van combines proven layout choices with components that consistently perform on extended trips.
Inside, walnut cabinet accents and Formica cabinetry create a space built for real use. The Flare bed system provides a full 78″L x 60″W sleeping platform – true sideways sleeping comfort – while preserving rear cargo bay access for bikes and gear. A walnut countertop with continuous grain sink cover, undermount sink, and two-burner induction cooktop make the kitchen functional without wasting space. Walnut plank ceiling completes the interior.
Outfitted for four-season travel, Stone includes natural wool insulation, an Espar diesel heater, and a 12V air conditioner. Power is covered with 600Ah of Victron lithium, 420W solar, and a 3000W inverter. The 12-gallon fresh water system with 20-gallon heated outdoor shower provides the essentials for extended stays off-grid.
Outside, you’ll find a roof rack with light bar, Owl Vans ladder and tire carrier. Black Rhino Arsenal wheels on BFG KO2 tires handle deteriorating roads and winter conditions. With Mercedes’ heated swivel seats, 360° cameras, DISTRONIC cruise control, and lane assist, Stone is built to take you further.
