Canyon represents years of refinement in van conversion design. Built on a 2024 Mercedes Sprinter AWD chassis in Stone Grey, this van combines the lessons learned from nearly 40 builds with components that consistently prove themselves on extended trips.
Inside, walnut cabinet accents and Formica cabinetry create a space built for real use. The Flare bed system extends to 78″ of sleeping depth – enough to sleep sideways comfortably – while maintaining full rear cargo bay access for bikes, skis, and gear. A walnut countertop with continuous grain sink cover, undermount sink, and two-burner induction cooktop make the kitchen functional without wasting space.
Outfitted for four-season travel, Canyon includes natural wool insulation, an Espar diesel heater, and a 12V air conditioner. Power is covered with 660Ah of Victron lithium, 520W solar, and a 3000W inverter – capacity we’ve tested on multi-week trips. The 32-gallon fresh water system with heated outdoor shower extends your time between town stops.
Outside, you’ll find a roof rack with light bar, Fiamma awning, Owl Vans ladder, tire carrier, bike rack and cargo box. Black Rhino Arsenal wheels on BFG KO2 tires handle deteriorating roads and winter conditions. With Mercedes’ heated swivel seats, 360° cameras, DISTRONIC cruise control, and lane assist, Canyon is built to take you further.
