Altitude represents nearly a decade of refinement in what makes a van work for life on the road. Built on a 2025 Mercedes Sprinter AWD chassis in Selenite Metallic Grey, this van brings together the lessons learned from 40+ builds and thousands of miles traveled across the American West in pursuit of climbing, skiing, biking, and paragliding.

Every detail in Altitude reflects our “quality over quantity” philosophy. Custom matte black cabinetry with walnut accents creates a warm, uncluttered space that actually works when you’re living out of it. Our signature Full Flare bed system delivers 80″ of sleeping space while maintaining full under-bed garage access – because your gear needs a home too. The walnut countertop, flush-mounted induction cooktop, and undermount sink aren’t just well-chosen components; they’re the result of years of testing what actually holds up to daily use.

We build for four-season adventure. Thinsulate insulation, an Espar diesel heater integrated with the vehicle’s fuel system, 12V air conditioning, and on-demand heated water mean you’re equipped whether you’re chasing powder in the Wasatch or escaping summer heat in the desert. The 660Ah Victron lithium system paired with 460W solar and a 3000W inverter provides true off-grid capability – we’ve lived this setup, and it works.

Outside, Altitude carries what you need: our modular roof rack with LED light bar, Fiamma awning, Owl Vans ladder with bike rack and cargo box, plus a hitch receiver. The slide-out composting toilet and outdoor shower add the convenience that makes extended trips actually enjoyable. Black Rhino Arsenal wheels on BFG KO3 A/T tires give you the capability to access trailheads and remote zones, while Mercedes’ factory tech – 360° cameras, adaptive cruise, lane keeping – makes the drive there comfortable.
